On the website
Sign in to the member security area, then use Delete Auspice8 data. This removes your profile, readings, Founding Tester membership, and private feedback.
In the app
Open Auspice8, go to Sanctum → Account & Data → Delete account & data, and confirm. This permanently deletes your Auspice8 profile, your birth data, any partner data you’ve added, your membership and feedback, and your reading history. Deletion completes within 30 days, and backups are purged within 90 — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Without the app installed
Email privacy@auspice8.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Account deletion request.” We’ll verify it’s you and delete your account and associated data on the same schedule as an in-app request.
What gets deleted
- Your Auspice8 profile and membership
- Your birth data and any partner/compatibility data you’ve added
- Your BaZi derivations and reading history
- Your Oracle question history
- Your private beta feedback and staff replies
Auspice8 shares its secure sign-in identity with other products. Product deletion does not delete that shared identity or another product’s data. It removes all Auspice8-owned data.
Purchase records may be retained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat as required for tax and accounting purposes, independent of your Auspice8 account.
